Can Anyone recomend any good public spots? I live near Zanesville and I have never hunted any public land.

I live in Zanesville , have hunted most of the public land around the area , it all gets the snot hunted out of it , even more so this year , rabbit numbers are way down we are finding a few rabbits to run but covering alot of ground to find them , good thing is the ones we are finding are running really well , one place me and a buddy was running all the time before the season came in and was loaded with rabbits , i have been there 2 or 3 times this season and not jumped a rabbit
