Thank god for Laura Wells looks like pine mtn Chester is finally gonna get his due and become a member of the Hall of Fame .Just where he belongs. He reproduced some bad azz hounds . Congrats Bobby and thanks Laura

I bought quite a few hounds from Rufus Stewart and I will have to say I never got one from him that I didn't like. I wish Rufus would get back into the hounds, we had a lot of good times. Rufus had a knack for breeding and produced some great ones, his culls were better than most peoples best. If it hadn't been for Laura Wells doing all the leg work this would never have happened. I never seemed to be able to get all the stuff together to get the job done. Rufus and Laura I appreciate both of you very much.

Rufus if anyone has swayed from the original line i would be guilty, I did bring in Iron eagle and a splash of Prime Time. But i always stuck with the original blood of chester on top .Chester died way too young i remember when they brought him down he was basically green started, he came on quite nicely and alan and bobby started pouring the coal too him and he held up against the best we had to throw on him even at a young age. Ol Chester was the same every time he hit the ground he was doing his best to produce a rabbit.
