My leah dog just had to come in heat now. Right when we're in the thick of things.

she'll be laid up for a bit. what can I do.

Just put some gasoline on her hole, so the males cant smell shes in heat... Just make sure she doesn't run out of gas, or a big German Shepard will give her a push

Coat her good with Carmex lip balm. You may want to have a tube for you and a tube for you dog. Sharing is probably not a good idea.

I know the feeling Joey one of my pups is coming in heat now, but I lucked out because my older females came in heat during deer season. It's good that you have a STRONG pack. It will give your young dogs a chance to step up.

i think i have one starting to come in that is 13 months oldand showing a lot of promise man i hate that, oh well se if one of the other ones can step up.
