Re: Heat Cycle
I have a gyp who came in on July 4th. She whelped her first litter on Sept 7th. Yesterday I noticed she's starting to bleed. She's not very swollen, but my males were definitely paying more attention to her. I've never heard of a female going four months between before, but she is. Guess all women, including dogs, are different. I'm just glad we don't kennel females and males together.

Thanks all. I was not sure how having a litter would effect her cycle.
