I GUESS I AM JUST VENTING BUT I MET A MAN IN LONDON,KY AND BOUGHT A DOG ON TRIAL.THIS DOG WON'T EVEN SIGHT CHASE.IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A "GREAT" JUMPDOG AND COULD RUN A RABBIT LIKE LIKE IT WAS "TIED TO IT".WHY DO PEOPLE WANT TO LIE ABOUT A DOG'S ABILITY? THIS MAN WILL NOT TAKE THE DOG BACK.EXCUSES FOR NOT MEETING ME IN THE BEGINNING AND NOW WON'T RETURN MY CALLS. HAS THIS EVER HAPPENED TO ANYONE ELSE? DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING LEGALLY THAT CAN BE DONE? THANKS. P.S. IF THE MAN I BOUGHT THE DOG FROM READS THIS YOU CAN KISS MY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Been in your shoes! I called him out on this forum and another one, I also called him all day long from the time I got up for work to the time I went to bed. After a week of calling him non stop he sent me a text message that said "your money is in the mail just stop callin me and keep the dog". So don't give up, bug him till he makes it right.

i just cant believe there are still people out there that will hand a complete stranger their hard earned money without seeing what the dog does first thats why people lie , to many people make it way to easy for them to do it , its very easy to find out if someone is a liar before you hand them money
Leagley i dont think there is anything you can do. but expose him so he dont do anybody else this way. I have learned the hard way after making several trips taking a dog back that people would rather climb a tree to lie about a dog than stand on the groung and tell the truth. or people just dont know what a GOOD dog is. but in your case i think he was just trying to screew ya. I wont buy a dog from anybody now without seeing it run first and if that is a problem i wont consider buying it. I know if i am selling a dog i want people to see it run so thay know what thay are getting. Thanks Brian

This guy has been stealing forever. I know of a friend he got last year.He uses about 6 or seven different names on this board ,UKC board and beagles on line. I checked the names out same guy.He will always use London or Corbin Ky. I even sent a few people a pm telling them to stay clear. I know who he is.Do what Alabama John says and you will find out .
Hey guys,read the posts you were talking about. That is the punk that lied to me! He was using the name of James Baker.He was driving a gold Nissan Frontier pickup.The email he sent me was from Nathan Daniels."Mr.Baker" told me that was his nephew. I will be looking for James Daniels,I am sure we will cross paths again! Did anyone ever get any of their money back on these deals? It is not about the money now,it's personnal.I was taught to trust people but I got burnt by this punk.I won't even call him a person!Thanks Guys!
What's the dogs name? What did the dog look like. I took a dog on trial a couple years ago and the kid refused to give all my money and I still haven't got it back. The kid used a email with the name of Dave something but found later that it was Cody P.. The dogs name that I tried was named Hammer, I don't think he knew what a rabbit was and was way oversized.

Sorry for you guys getting burned, I have been lucky so far, But I must ask , why would you buy a dog on a mans word ? Even if the dog can run a track/rabbit it may not be "your" kind of dog, I will NEVER buy a dog until I see him/her go first period, just my 2 cents
