they nave already enacted this law in tennessee no running rabbit dogs after dark dont know about the sunday thing but this is already law here i would be glad to post on there website even though im not from va good luck

It has been against the law in Tennessee for years to run after dark. I'm actively trying to get it changed. I've emailed all the members of the TWRC and have had conversations with many TWRA officials.

TWRA isn't against changing it. They all have said they aren't real sure why it is against the law in the first place.

We run at night anyhow. We start about 6 or 7pm and run until we get tired. We ran until 10 last night, started at 6. If asked, I will just tell them I am fox hunting/coon hunting/trying to catch my hounds.

It is legal to run rabbits at night in Missouri. You need to make sire you don't use spotlights because you can be ticketed for spotlighting deer.
