Briar proof bibs/pants , What brand to buy ?

I have a pair of filson chaps. U can't wreck em they are by far the best!! I would spend the little extra money and get filson you will be cheaper off in the long run they have a life time warrinty.

We hunted thru 6 inches of rain yesterday and my Dans kept me dry!!!!!!!!! Dans have held up well going on 3 years now.I outgrew my wicks,they were awesome!!!

Wicks ceased production over a year ago. They sold their material and patterns for their brush coat and chaps to http://www.stonecreekhounds.com/wear.htm and helped them get set up to make the coat and chaps. I liked my Wick bibs and chaps so I gave the Stone Creek brush jacket a try. It's great. Tough as gar hide and seems to be of the same material and workmanship of the stuff from the Wick shop. Too bad the Wick bibs are history. If you ever buy a pair of Filson chaps, don't get the model with no side zippers. You'll be left standing by the truck with your foot stuck halfway in one of the chap legs while your buddies and dogs are long gone running rabbits.

My vote is for mule also there a little stiff but there tougher then anything I have ever had and will absolutely not leak!
