Hi Everyone,
Bev is correct about the way the post office ships 2nd class periodical mail. The top of the bundle usually gets damaged or it can be damaged in a sorting machine. We sent out replacement issues to Bill the same day we heard of the problem. We do offer 1st class shipping where the issues arrive in an envelope.
