Pregnant dog

Post by bodidley »

I am wondering if anybody has ever has bred a dog and she gained weight and tits got big and no pups ? I have a female that looks like she took but no pups yet and it's been almost 63 days. What day should i look for?

^3 days is full term ,but can go 65 days . If no pups by thenI would check with a vet ! For now she s probably not eating much when she s close to having them .keep in her whelping box so shes comfortable with her nest. I wouldnt be to worried for a couple more days.As long as shes not stressed.

It also depends on when she took . First breeding ,second & so on., So it could be a few days different.
