I been feeding a Raw Diet and I have had no problems what so ever. They never crap that much, and when they do it's very little and don't have any odor to it and turns white in just a few days. They don't ever seem to drink a lot of water, Never eat grasses, they have tons of energy, never get too thin, coats look great, teeth look great, they never seem to wear down or get ragged looking after 7 days of running. I picked up the other night for the first time in months 40 lbs of chicken thigh, legs, and drum sticks and two 18 packs of eggs for $27.76 at WalMart. I do this about every two months and it last me a week feeding 20 hounds. That's just the same as 50 lbs of dry dog kibble for the same price with a lot less problems. I just normally get beef bones and fat scraps, out dated ground chuck at the local meat market for free that the dogs do really really well on to. Every now and then I throw in some veggies for good measures. I have just about all my females on the same heat cycle and they seem to stay on schedule just fine feeding this diet also. In the last 6 months feeding 20 dogs I've only spent about $75 - $100 at absolute tops in dog food. I have yet to get a sick or poor looking dog feeding this. They stay looking good, feeling and performing really well for me so I'll just have to stick with it for now until I see other wise. Good luck finding an outstanding dry kibble that doesn’t change your dogs health with weather changes.

I haven't tried their Complete version -- been feeding the Advanced Active.

When I fed the SportMix, I switched to the Maintenance formula during the summer.

Even though Southern States largest bags are 40lbs, cost wise was the same for me on buying 500lbs -- actually gained 20lbs.
Same here, fed Pro Plan, Diamond, Sportmix, Black Gold and always seemed to have one issue or another. Switched to the new Southern States and having trouble keeping weight off the dogs, they do look good, feeding the complete sport 24/20 in the green bag, can't beat 40lbs for $16.

You're getting robbed at that price.
