i have never ran with him personally,but had a male out of him that was plain wicked true gun/trial dog dexter reffett can breed some real hounds.

Ran with a couple out of him and several grandpups to Sampson.True rabbit dogs with hard hunt and endless bottom.I have alot of Sampson blood in my kennel now and I love it.One of the all time great reproducers in my opinion.He threw what I like in a rabbit dog.Have a young dog out of Sampson 2 and I love what I'm seeing.

We owned a very fine bitch out of sampson and reffett's Ky Mtn Dancer.I Have seen others out of him as well.They generally have good speed and huge hunt .
