Best line/breeding for swampers?

Post by DismalSwampdog »

What are yall's opinion on what is the best line/breeding for running swamp rabbits? Where i hunt 90% of what we run is these monsters. I am running just some grade scrub hounds, they can get the job done when some of the stars align. But wondering if some of the more southerners that run em more have any opinions. Thanks.

Just my opinion, I run PATCH and the bigger the better,They do pretty good on the river swampers I run, but my beaver pond swampers are something else. I`ve seen them in water over their backs tryin to run them. Most of mine are 16 in or better.
