Female Swelling

What is the "worst" swelling you all have had with a females first heet cycle? I've got a Female that just turned 1 year old and she was swelled a little when she first started. but now, she is swelled a lot more. she is still able to urinate. I haven't seen that much in a female. any Ideas?

The worst I have seen ended in a prolapse. There can be fist sized swelling where they somehow do not prolapse and are able to urinate as you mentioned. I have one that swells to the point that I am not sure if she could be bred but the internal tissue never stickout like a bubblegum bubble. I would think as long as she can urinate and there is no protrusion she is okay health wise.

Thanks Chuck, I cheched her yesterday evening after work and it seems as though the swelling is starting to subside. It doesn't seem to bother her. I haven't noticed any difference in the way she acts. I think she will be Ok. Thanks for the reply.
