Running Pen Question

Does anyone have any ideas on what to plant inside a running pen as a food source for rabbits. I live in the great state of Alabama, where the climate is very hot in the summer and mild winters. Any info will be appricated.

Imperial Clover from the Whitetail Institute of North America. A plot can last up to five years without replanting and rabbits love it.
