I am in stark county and I am willing to drive about an hour or so! My spot where I usually train the pups at has been ruined so now I need to find a starting pen

The one in Coshocton is still open. It is run by Walter Humell. It is a puppy starting pen. He does a great job. You can contact him at 740-622-7659 Frank Miller that runs ARHA also has a pen, not sure of his number.
To old to cut the mustard, you can always run beagles

Red Briar completely sold out. Can't remember the reason but he had a nice set up.
