Training Pen

Looking for a training pen here in the Hampton Roads area of Va.

Not far from Hampton Roads Beagle Club but can't find any contact information on them. Got a beagle here at the house that just needs more running time.
been taking him out and he's doing well but if I could get him in front of more rabbits the light bulb might get a little brighter. Any info would be help full.
