All I hear are a couple of cry babies and their lack of knowledge on good hounds. If you think you can keep up with those hounds for hours on end, then go get your license. If not, quit your pissin and moaning. If you don't like the format then don't run it.

Ive got my licence #27344 and ive judge some hunts and when you callem like you see em and like they should be they don't ask you to come and judge anymore, ive been there and they try to get me to place a buddys dog that wasn't the best that day and not pick dogs up that you want up it makes for a long day,then they tell you if you don't go with the flow then you want be ask back to judge agan ( OH YES IT HAPPENS) i think these guys are as just to there opinion as you are to yours and if anybody is a crybaby it would be you because they have called you out and stepped on your toes, now your trying to make excuses hide whats really going on, the entry numbers from a few years ago were a whole lot better than they are now and it ant got nothing to do with cost, gas prices or anything else, but the fact that people fill they are getting cheated. they use a very small # judges that have their licences and its more of whos in the circle ,you can look through the hunts that are up and coming and the same guys show up hunt after hunt as judges, if you think you or these buddys you got are that good of houndsman why don't you run your dogs in ARHA hunts or UKC hunts put them FC rep on the line, we got UKC STATE HUNT next weekend 2 days in the biulding right next to central (stanford ky.) be glad to have you and more happy to kick your a$$.

I Wasen't at Centeral Kentucky This weekend i was at the World Hunt..but i have Ran at Centeral bout 10 Times in my life, i have allways been treated right...There are a lot of Good dogs in that Club....out of 10 times i have placed 4 times 3rd is the best i have ever did there, but i think my dog got what it desvered.....

I'm with you Justin, if you don't like the format then don't run in it. I personally don't like UKC or ARHA, you don't see me going to any of thier hunts and then screaming that I got screwed over by the judge ( it's just one person's opinion in those two formats if I'm not mistaken, but I could be wrong ). Buddy judging, lets not pretend that doesn't happen in UKC or ARHA. AKC certainly doesn't have exclusive rights on that one i'm sure. Like what you hunt and hunt what you like. Run the format that suits you best and stay away from the rest, you'll be disappointed every time. If you choose to stay away from all of them and just stay home and run your dogs, then you'll be the smart one in the end.

Don't tell me nothing about UKC or ARHA. I run both and have done well in all 3. There are faults in all 3 registries. The hound that won your UKC Hound of the year a few years back was the most lazy hound I've ever seen. Was on the clock 5 times in 1 hunt. Don't throw out challenges either. I've won the UKC Eliminator, took 5th in the PP Nationals this year. Do you have a hound that has won in all three registries? I DO!

with the same hound? what big UKC hunts have you won? Everyone knows that there is some buddy judging that goes on in ALL formats. Don't bad mouth a judge that tries to get the best hound back at the end of the day. Also if you are going to try to bad mouth someone, at least be able to spell correctly. Or do they not teach that down south?

i have seen buddy judging before and i think that it is everywhere. i dident even no about it until i went to a hunt and the hole cast ran a deer except for mine and he dident even go to the second series the deer dogs did but dont let it get to you to bad i just intaginize them until thay come out plesure hunting and they can see up close what a hound is pluse it gets them fired up it great for a laugh

I have never had anything but good things to say about Jakes dog. I have run against him on several occasions. He has beaten me every time except twice that I can remember. He has a good dog, there is no doubt, but this weekend he didn't get screwed. He got what he deserved. His dog, on more that one occasion, pulled dogs over the end and tongued every breath while he did it and I don't mean just a little bit. He was going 30 yards or more over the end. He may have pulled a few checks, but he created several, to the point that the other dogs finally started turning it behind him . I know that is not his normal running style and it could have been the scenting coditions (which were very good) or the fact that there were several good dogs on the ground that were pushing him to do more that he normally would have to do to get a lot of the rabbit. I hate it that Jake thought he got the shaft, but the fact is that he didn't.

The other thing that I would like to say is, please stop bashing our club and the format that we run. We are trying to run an honest club. Look at the results. If you can look at them objectively you will see that there was no foul play involved. I won't say that they did a perfect job, but I will say that they tried to get it as close to right as they could.
The 13" females were judged by 2 Kentucky judges......an Ohio dog won.(atleast 2nd win)(atleast 4 different judges)
The 15" females were judged by 2 Kentucky judges......an Ohio dog won.(3rd win made FC with this win)
The 15" males were judged by 1 Ohio Judge and 1 Kentucky judge........a Kentucky dog won (2nd win)(4 different judges)
The 13" males were judged by 2 Kentucky judges....a Kentucky dog won(7th win)(atleast 7 different judges)
NONE OF THE DOGS THAT WON ARE OWNED BY CENTRAL KENTUCKY CLUB MEMBERS.
I want to wish Jake good luck with his dog. I know he can do better than he did this weekend.

I ran for 2 days at central, big bitches and big males. Got beat and went home. I also think central is a standup crowd. Everyone gets screwed when they dont win, the truth hurts. Jake said hawk was bad outta shape anyhow. And ricky aint much of a whiner.. I will tell anyone central continues to make my family as well as myself welcome, Just cant get the break in the field..Always next time . Congrats to gabe and hoggeman....
