Purina Dog Chow in the green bag for my adults and Purina Puppy Chow in the blue bag for the pups. I feed dry all year around. Great looking coat. No weight problems. I use to feed Hi-Pro, I like regular dog chow better. I think I'd have a hard time changing to anything else.

I feed the green bag and love it !!! I also use Puppy Chow on the lil ones
and it is great also imo . However no matter what you feed if at all possible
it should be fed the same time daily and a good worming program that gets
tape worms as well as all the others . Ivomec is great but it doesn't get the
tapes .

I have been feeding the green bag or Purina Dog Chow for 10 years and I feel it is a quality dog food.My beagles maintain a good healthy weight with it.One good thing about Purina is if you own 5 dogs and /or raise pups, you can join the Purina Pro Club. You save the weight circles on the outside of the bag and can redeem them for rebate checks. It helps out a lot on the cost.

I have been in the Pro Plan since 67 and never fed anything else, except meat when I can get it. The puppy chow is as good as can be gotten, no matter the price.

I feed all my dogs Purina Dog Chow Adult Green bag. You can get a 55lb bag at sams at a pretty cheap price.

All my dogs do great on it. Nice shiny coats and they are not skinny.

eddie i know everyone has their opinion, but i have found the 21-10 purina feed to be a very poor choice of feed in fact i made a visit to a friends house tonight who feeds purina, i know he feeds and waters every night and keeps his hounds wormed, their coats lacked any luster or shine, and they were poor looking he feeds a cup more than i do, i do like the puppy feed. i feel all you are buying is the name.

I was always told that the first ingredient in your choice of food should always be a meat or poultry. I use Purina 1 beef & rice and chicken & rice formula. I think it is 26/16. Do you guys have any experience with this brand?

I have been feeding Comet 26/18 with good results for the last two years coats are slick and the dogs can go all day long I have also fed Diamond green bag and Black Gold black bag also with good results. All the dogs I have seen at the trials on purina leave big runny yellow piles and not many look good some look ok but not many.
