RUNT QUESTION

I HAVE A MALE PUP THAT IS ALMOST 10 in. THE MOTHER WAS 14 in AND THE FATHER IS 12 1/2. THE PUP WILL BE 5 MONTHS OLD FEB 20TH. JUST WONDERING HOW TALL I CAN EXPECT HIM TO BE OR IF IT'S TOO SOON TO TELL.
