I'll argu the football thing all day. Up north, you have hockey, baseball, basketball, CFL football. LOL

Down here we have two sports, football and spring football.

Baseball does not go over well down here, there has never been a basketball team here until Memphis got one but they have low attendance. Hockey, ROFL!!!!!!!!!!!

Now football is another story. The SEC always leads in attendance among conferences, always leads in bowl teams and T.V. games.

It just might be a different world where the Coonasses live!

Loved to build something down there.

Happiest, danceinist people I have ever seen, old folks, children, everyone.

So many mosquitos got up a cows nose that they choked it to death one night, I didn't like that part. Does that many mosquitos bother your dogs running or not?

the only time they really bother them is when them lift them off the track and fly off with the lead dog. other than that things are generally ok. what really bothers me, though, is the gnats,,, when the gnats are bad,,, i mean they are bad. i might be in a trout bite and i will just have to start the engine and move,,, and as poor a fisherman i am those trout bites don't find me that often. for some reason, though,,, when you have gnats you usually will have trout,,, probably the lack of wind, ya know. those gnats will drive you crazy in the duck blind too. i know quite a few fellow chivos who won't hunt teal or early season ducks because of the mosquitoes and particularly the gnats. they can be maddening,,, drive you to distraction, that's for sure.
btw, the trout are starting to bite down here,,, man i think october is about the greatest month of the year,,,, or second best maybe,,,, november we have duck season open as well as small game. bring on the cold fronts.

Dosgris, I'm sure yoa'll do as we do down here when the gnats are buzzing around your head and ears and driving you crazy. The remedy is to cut a hole in the seat if your britches and they will disappear and leave your face and eyes alone.

Gentlemen, I feel that I must correct everyone on the war. In my home state of Ga. It's known as the war of northern aggression and all I can say for the SEC is "HOW BOUT THEM DAWGS"
