Jonny Boy!! How you been sir?? How's Big D doing in high school? He's big enough, that he shouldn't get any swirlies from the upper classmen. Hey Jon, I don't know this Glen guy, but if you want a good hunting dog I know exactly a guy you need to go for. Sally (OakHill) can back me on this one cause she is also a good friend of his and course mine as well. His name is Daniel Hill. I'm getting a Awful Bawlin pup off him in the spring. I'll pm you his number. He's a great guy and he knows what he is talking about. He won't sell you something that won't run.

casey, doing fine here. dillon is doing great. he is a 6'4", 240 lbz freshman and no one messes with him, in fact he protects his big and older brother devon. anyway he is playing basketball this year and the new coach said he may play varsity so you will have to come to the games. should be neat to watch him and his brother both play together. anyway im not looking to buy just getting some info/opinions on glen in case i do decide in the future. now what bloodline is this pup you want to get ? also i want to run with you and watch rambo. later jon c.

Bought a 15" red bitch ,AKC, "running" ,"good bitch", told me how good she was, paid $400.00 then $200.00 to Buckeye Haulers to get her here in NJ, she WON`T pack,,solo runner, ran deer well, and hunted off by herself,,,, Did see her run one rabbit really well with the pack,BUT ONLY ONCE,then she had mange,, RED MANGE, so ,I called him and he told me I didn`t know what I was looking at.........
Told me to send her back and he`d replace her,$200.00 back,$200.00 for another one, this way, SHE NOW FILLS A HOLE.....
BUYERS BEWARE..................
He`s know as 2 for 1 Johnston, bring in 2 take home 1.........

Ive got several guys who buy dogs on my word because they have done business with me and know I tell it like it is but it is always a good idea to watch a dog go before you buy it.
In my opinion if you dont see the dog go before you buy it you have nothing to compain about if the dog doesnt turn out like you wanted it to.
I have heard several bad stories about both Johnston and Merle Crain but most of them were from folks that bought the dog sight unseen and had it shipped. I have also heard of folks that had good experiences with them that went to thier place and watched the dog go.

Jon; that lemon and white male you hunted over several years ago at GFW, Tiny Bull 2x , was bought there. Glenn used to have a good set up and a young guy who would transport his dogs, and find several for him. He used to have a five acre running pen across from his house where you could see the dog run. I have heard thru the grapevine his kennel has fallen into disrepair, and his above ground kennels were awfully small to begin with. :???: Go see them run
