Kennel Houses

I just had a few kennel houses built from wood, non-treated wood. Before I install them I would like to treat the wood so that I might get a longer life out of the houses. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance,

BJK- thompsons water sealer should give the wood longer life.Hey give me an e-mail the pup is ready.

Nate,
We've found a good coat of exterior paint and metal trim holds up well. J trim around doors and roof edges, we paint the inside with used motor oil...Patch

Dog houses

Nate,
Make sure that you frame the door openings, preferabbly with some type of aluminum strips. The young dogs like to chew out the openings if you don't do something with them
