Duke, sounds like a good time and I would be interested in running. I would like to go to a few field trials and this way I could gain some experience and find out how my hounds would do.

Had a good time hunting with you and Rick last year at AEP and Dutch was a pleasure to hunt with. I am interested in watching the pups you have from Rick’s female run. Set a date and I will be there.

I can vouch for that. Eddy is actually really laid back and soft spoken if you have ever talked to the guy or met him in person. I bet his heart doesn't beat over 65 beats a minute. It is really hard to know someone from these message boards and they do get a little crazy at times but yes, it is mostly just in fun. :D

Joe, sounds interesting!
and
I like the idea of running Big Pack in Marion. Count me in and I know Rod will be there. Hopefully, others as well. Even you Terry. ;) I have been in correspondence with a few other board members who are wanting to run hounds or gun hunt so it wouldn't be any problem getting well over 10 hounds together.

Hunt

Ed did a good job setting up the hunt with Duke and Rick so last year so I think Ed needs to get this ball rolling! Ed, Belle should not be in heat so it will be good to have her along.

Yes, the ball is starting to roll and I hope we can get together even more this year. It should even be better with maturity of the hounds, training, and new blood between our kennels. I expect to witness some long runs and to see some superior hounds at work. Rod, I am very excited about this coming season and am looking forward to running with you and the boys. I will be setting up several gun hunts and some October fun running.
We also have a lot of new territory to explore this year Rod. We ran out of time last year when we got hit with all those weeks of ice.

Congradsulations Pat (Full Circle Kennels) on your UKC Grand Champion "Rome" making ARHA Little Pack champion. You and Run To Catch Romeo are welcome to run with us this fall and winter. Lots of good fellows here even in spite of all the keyboard action and lots good places to rabbit hunt. I am looking forward to some more running this season down in Gods' country with all you guys.
