What beagles and Trials have tought me

Post by FST TRAC »

Fellas i just wanted to put this in as to what i have learned over the years of trialing and beagling.
1. it has taught me that some of the best people u meet are beaglers
2. Not to run my mouth about my hounds because they will make me look like an idiot.
3. Be open minded
4 no matter where u go some one is gonna complain
5 when runnin with the big boys u better have something
6. it has taught me alot of patents with myself and my hounds
7. And last but not least it has taught me that no matter how well you do or how bad u do its all about having fun!! And making new friends for my hounds make me proud regardless if they win or lose i know they give me all they had and thats all i can ask from them for my pride is way to much for my little hounds to carry so i am proud of them no matter what!! happy hounding to all and good luck this trial season

if we could get everybody to look at it that way, ....I would almost start trialing again..!!LOL! Unfortunately, some of us do it for fun and enjoyment, while others do it strictly as a competition....( those guys sure take the fun out of it for some of us.. that could care less, win, lose or draw..)

Trialing is great and trophies are good. Getting up at 4 am to rabbit hunt and or run dogs with the boys.Priceless.To each his own, my little muchers
are taking all my free time and got another getting ready too drive. Dang never thought i would say that. The best friends in my life , dog guys.Ever
had too explain why you haul a dog box year round? If you do you may be a redneck.I have .Best of luck in the upcoming trial season to all.
