LP GR R CH RISING SUN'S VALIANT KNIGHT

Post by swamp boy »

Just wanted some input on this hound. We have 10 month old female out of him that is burning a rabbit up. She is small in size but she likes the front. Just wondering what size and speed he is. Also would appriciate if anyone has a picture of him, they would post it.

Thanks,
Chad & Mandy

I ran with him in the finals at the Ind State hunt. He is a 15" class hound, and like checkmate said, he is a great check hound, with good hunt, from what I seen. IMO, easy on the eyes also!

I have judged Val & ran againest him more than once. He is one of the nicest hounds out there. Great hunt! Super check dog!

I would feed him any day of the week!

Jody Harris is a great guy also!

I run with Jody and Val quite a bit. He is a rabbit dog with all the tools.
He is a jump dog with awesome check power. He is red and white and real houndy looking. I would say Val's speed is around 7.5 out of 10.
Sorry no pictures.
What is the dam of that pup?

Jody got her from John Neighty in Ill. I THINK she is a good dog just to tight mouthed.
I have never run with her. That is what Jody has said and i believe the reason John got rid of her.

I am not 100% sure but believe this is a full brother to Val. This dog is Rising Sun Dictator. Could someone post Val's pedigreee so I could compare the two. Thank you Andy

I have a gyp down in Plainfield by Valiant Knight that is flat smokin last I heard. He has a Patch dog of mine that is no slouch and this gyp is puttin laps on him. She's tight with her mouth, thats the only reason she's there instead of here.
