Tennesee Beaglers' and Bev

Post by Goes »

Okay Beaglers, some of you I spoke with in regards to the Youth Beagle Camp and some of you even requested an information packet. And then, well, a bunch gave some reasons why it wouldn't work down there because of the kids interest and a number of other reasons.
Well since we started advertising the auction back in March, We have gotten 7 phone calls from kids or parents in Tennesee wanting to attend or to have their kids attend a camp. Well after the "suprise" article in the american beagler (thanks bev) I just recieved yet ANOTHER phone call from a youngster in TN trying to find a way to attend.

So if there are any clubs or individuals that are interested in putting together a youth program that works and offers you national support. Please contact me. The kids are hoping there will be something for them next year.
And Bev, thanks :D

Wow, sounds like we may be moving forward with the addition of camps. Bill and Chad, if you could email your snail mail address's I will send you both out some information in regards to starting a camp for next year. Our auction should be bigger and better than the last in addition to the auction, I am meeting with the New York State rep for Friends of the NRA. I am going to host a Prime Rib Banquet, Auction, and raffle with the NRA. This should increase our cash flow for more opportunities next year.

I look forward to hearing from both of you, and thanks for your support.

Your friends at the YBC
