I'm pretty sure that there were female litter mates to Appalachain Bluesman and Dreamfield Double Eagle and Dreamfield Little Joe. I would give Everret Morgan (London Ky) a call and he can give you some information on a female if there's one. I would give you his number but I can't find it. Maybe George can post it or pm it to you.

Double Eagle is a grandpup to Blue Eagle. He is a real nice hound. I have a little female off Double Eagle and she is one of the hardest hunting pups i have ever seen! How you been George, havent talked to you since the U.S. Looking forward to the DBBC hunts! Jason Wiley.

TERRIBLE NEWS

Post by Colebuck Beagles »

Sadly, i just read on the ARHA board that Seth Ridge Homer had to be put down this past wk due to kidney failure. Homer was one of the last males directly out of Blue Eagle and from what i have gathered, he was the youngest i know of. I believe he turned 6 or 7 in December. Like I said, not much of this blood left and it's dying out quickly. Sorry to hear this GLENN VINES. Like most Blue Eagle dogs i know of, I have heard Homer was a really nice dog.

Bluesman will be 7 in a couple weeks. He hunts from daylight till dark and only gets stronger as the day goes on. He is a great jump dog and gets almost all the real hard long checks that my too competitive dogs overrun. He is a proven producer and I just got a litter of 5 pups off him and a 9 year old female. All the pups are marked just like him and from what I have seen with other hounds out of him, his genes and traits are dominant. Come watch him run anytime. He is a pleasure to run with and gun over.
