NO SAVVY

I got a no bark collar gave to me, but can't get to work. New battery. But I don't under stand just how it turns on. The collar DT145 with a dial with numbers 1 thru 0. 6 volt battery. Does the dial turn it on? Perhaps I should just toss it. Thanks.

Put the collar around your neck and bark five times, this turns it on!

I placed it around my neck as you said, but you don't know jack because it only took one bark.
