I'm on a small fact-finding mission, and appreciate anyone's help, so thanks in advance.
Can anyone tell me who all runs beagle on fox and where?
Can you tell me who has actual fox or fox/coyote pens, where they are, and who allows beagles in them?
Can you list your club, its location, approximate number of members, approximate number of dogs at the hunts?
How many hunts a year do you have, and what time of year are they?
Also, I'd like any info on folks who run beagle on fox strictly for pleasure - not necessarily in a structured format.
If you don't want to post the info here, you can e-mail it to me at editor@americanbeagler.net or use the private message feature here.
Thanks again!

There are a couple fox/coyote pens within a hour or so of me here in Illinois. They are all private owned and anyone is welcome to use the pen for a small per dog fee. Ive never seen anyone run Beagles in them. Most of them are Walkers or Walker crosses that are used for coyote hunting. During the summer there are several guys running dogs in the pen and usually its an all night ordeal.

Thank you, DOGRUNNER. I have been there, and at FoxBeagles.net and a few others. I'd like to have "numbers" for those orgs if anyone has them, but I'm also hoping to find out about other fox beaglers (and pens) that are available and utilized, but not necessarily publicized. I know this sport is growing, and I'm trying to find out the scope of it.

Running fox with beagles is getting popular in South Carolina. I see the dogs advertised for sale on the internet a lot, beaglesforsaleonline.com had some a while back. I don't know if you can access their archived ads but they were on there a month or so ago. They have field trials for them too. It would be nice to have something to run with beagles that would give a bit more sport than the typical enclosure bunny provides, unless you like to stand in one place and see the whole thing. Don't know about fox and 'yotes, though, that's a good way to lose some dogs if you run outside.
dogdrivers also has fox, coyote and deer dogs on their board http://z14.invisionfree.com/dogdrivers

Guys I run FOXBEAGLE.NET. There's a lot of info on our message board. Majority of the guys who run Beagle on Fox are regulars on the board. There's a list of all Fox/Coyote FC's and GFC's. There's also alot of pics and a directory that has 20 or so kennels w/ there numbers and what not.
There's some stud dogs, as well as the new FOXBEAGLE.NET Points/Awards.
