Brair most of that info is false but I'll hit the main only
They are only able to compete from a price standpoint b/c they are government subsidized. That is a fact. They have received $27 billion in tax payer appropriations since 1970. The Post Office is also $70 billion in debt - unfunded liabilities and are trying to convince Congress to bail them out.
USPS is not subsidized. They are compensated only for free or almost free services provided as examples non profit mailings, military mail, and free mailing for the blind. The USPS is not subsidized but is compensated.

USPS does not pay taxes as they are organized to operate as non-profit.

USPS isn't even in debt. Not sure where that came from.

Got my own copy (to TAB P.O. Box) last Saturday, the 28th. It only had to travel 7 miles from the mailing point. The one to my house still hadn't arrived as of yesterday.
