Remington model 700 .243 help

Fellas here in iowa we can only use rifles for coyotes so I hadn't used mine for about 14 yrs. Well I am gettin into coyote hunting (to protect my rabbits 
) and pulled it out to get it sighted in again. Can anyone tell me how in the heck I can get the bolt out of it to clean it after shooting it. All my other small caliber rifles you just pull the bolt back, pull the trigger and it slides right out but not with this one. Can anyone tell me what in the heck I'm doing wrong and what I need to do to get the bolt out?. Thanks in advance.
