I need information on Rick Ousley in southern Ohio. He sold me a unpappered dog! any information will be helpful...

I just received the puppy papers from AKC after a long wait.... Thanks to Flattop and Mr. Art Metts for all the help they are great ....... Patience is a virtue......Mr. Larry Knipp your pup papers are in the mail.... Sorry for the inconvenience....Rick Ousley
