Billy's owner shows up on http://www.betrbeagle.com from time to time. You might go there and ask this question. He will not BS you. Straight up fella. I know he has raised one FC female out of Billy. A buddy of mine judged her and said she was one of the nicest females he has seen in quit a while. He bought a pup out of her and FC Branko's Lumber Easy Rider and said he was coming along better than any pup he has ever owned. I have only seen Billy before he was going out on a cast. Big, strong looking hound. I would say he ran with blazing speed as I remember some of the hounds he was running against to finish for his title at that time.

I have a female out of Billy. She is a very smooth running hound. She is a ARHA LP Champion with 3 wins toward grand champion, and has placed well in all formats including ARHA PP, UKC, and AKC SPO. Money couldn't buy her..

I judged Billy and he was not a blazing fast dog. He was very good but in the middle of the pack in the Mid-West but had a lot of control and stamina. That helped him come a long way and every dog but one that he ran against that day finished.
