TB,I didn't receive your e-mail but I am having my own computer problems here.I have a couple of these dogs and my brother has one, they are line-bred for no quit hunt and jump ability,I think they have above average nose with good line control, they also seem to have brains and a desire to please....hard to explain but I have owned hound that did NOT have that quality.Thet seem to average a true medium speed.Mail me again and I can connect you with this guy.

Blueticks

One of my Males (Bud) a 15 month old AKC # HP03530705 has quite a bit of bluetick in his line. Some FC's also.I do not trial my dogs yet but have often thought about tring it someday.I was very impressed with his speed and ability to hold the line.He is the best one year old I have ever hunted with.I have bred him to both of my tri-colored females with both litters about a 50/50 split tri's and tri/bluetick.I don't know if you are interested in pups or a stud to breed to. I have a litter that won't be ready for a month or so and I have one 15 wk. old female from his first breeding of which the dam is Rose AKC # HP03131405.She also has very good credentials with bloodlines of Branko and Black Diamond.I am new to the forum so I thought I would chime in with this being my first entry.I really enjoy training beagles for the hunt, especially those pups.It is gratifying to see that light come on when they realize what all the fuss is about.Thats it for now, Pat

I have a Gunsmoke bred bluetick 4 yr old off PP GRC Gunsmoke Blue Stoney x PP RC Gunsmoke Blue Breezy that I just bred to a Flat Creek Blake male that is a black and tan bluetick, she has good hunt and search go thru anything, tight mouthed completly honest, med-fast speed with a good nose and decent line and a decent check dog, the sire is an absolute number 1 jump dog supreme, honest mouth, incredible hunt and search, good line and 100% trashproof, med speed a rabbit hunters dream, his father only needed his 3 first to finish akc spo as he had several seconds, thirds and other places and hiself was a really good dog. She is 13" and he is 12". She is due around March 13 to 15th. Her first pups are 1 1/2 yr old and are hunting and trialing now in PP ARHA in NJ. email me if interested at sparkey243@aol.com
