Does anyone know what going on. I can't access the data base. I type in the dogs name and the screen blanks and then does nothing.

This happens when something is wrong with online pedigree.They usually have it fixed within a day.I was trying to get on it myself that day and it was doing same thing with a blank screen.It was working fine when I used it yesterday.Sincerly,haredog
