I have two pups. They both are tri-colored. on the white of their body the male has blue dots all over him, and the female has red dots all over her. Are they classified as a bluetick or red tick beagle. or just tri-colored?

The spots are called ticking, the blue one would be a bluetick, the red on a redtick.
