Pedigree on a dog named Box's Samantha

Post by lab »

If anyone knows the pedigree on a dog named Box's Samantha please let me know. Looking for a 3 pedigree background on her. I know her Sire was Gay's Spring Creek Timber and Dam was Shaw's Oak Creek Callie but after that I do not know. Thanks.

She must of been good if she was bred to Primetime and the female I have is out of Samatha and Sire was Turbo Powered by Prop. Surely someone would not breed to males like that if the female wasn't good.

I haven't seen the turbo cross out of Sam, but the Time cross didn't work. For what ever reason. I talked to several people that sow her at trials and they said she was for real.

I just bought the female back in Oct. and hunted her hard this year. Great little rabbit dog with alot of search and line control. about a 6 or 7 on speed. The guy who owned her trial her but the best I can see she ever did was a 3rd. The reason I bought her I want to breed her back to my male who is out of Turbo Powered BY Prop and Blue Iris. Hope they make a good cross. Should put alot of Turbo in the pups especially Heli-Prop.

Samantha X Primetime wasnt worth a bullet. I owned 2, they were the 2 sorriest dogs ive owned in a while. Anybody that runs with me will tell you if they are sorrier than the ones I have they must be pitiful!!!!

One thing I got out of this is I will not breed her to any Primetime bloodlines. this Bitch I got will run all day and has more then enough hunt in her. Handles like a dream. Cross with my "Champion male out of Turbo and Blue Iris should put even more hunt in them. It is worth a try.

Sam is one of the best rabbit dogs I have seen on the ground day after day. I got one of the females out of time and sam that was shy. Probably the worst of the bunch to handle. After fooling with her a while she handles out in the field now. She is 15" with fast foot. She was bred, pups are now 7 months old out of her. You can't beat them pups off of you.
