I have a male out of Trapper. He doesn't have a cold nose at all. He usually doesn't bark until the rabbit is up and running. He runs a line good and hunts good just doesn't care for the heat too much but that doesn't bother me becasue I don't like it either...LOL He is pretty quick he usually runs the front quite abit but there are a few dogs out there that can run in front of him. Overall I am happy with him. He's not a bad looking hound either...Don't know if that is the kind of info you wanted on Trapper dogs or not but I hope it works.....
