i recently bought a northway breed hound. she is 14.5-15 and has awsome, endless hunt and upper end speed. she is out of northway spur and northway kate. she in not directly out of them but they are her grand parents, on her mother side. which is eaton brook blood. her dad is hunts creek ben and he goes back to jaywal blood and adorandack breeding. i would like to see what you all think of that kind of a cross, good and bad. i do not know much about it so some input would be nice.

Ben really not sure of your question but,i'm taking that your wanting to know if the way your pups breed is a good cross??
What i have seen is the Northway hounds have crossed well with various other bloodlines,branko,otterbrook,patch,etc.........if you could see back in some of tthe Northway hounds pedigrees, you'd see some of the j-wal blood, fish creek, different great hounds of the past.I have never owned enuff of the eaton brook blood to give my opinion personnelly but have always heard good things of that line.
So imo if you put the time in the pup and it came from good rabbit hounds, should make you a nice rabbit hound itself

thanks fot the info. she is a good two year old. she has that j-wal and some of the others on top and bottom, i was just wondering to clarify myself a little more, is what people think of the northway or the eaton brook line, so far i am very satisfied.
