I had two males out of Johnson's Red Lundey, Sampson's sons, they were medium-uppermedium speed with tons of hunt, great line control, good check work.

Lundey passed away in Ohio at Nutter's Kennels. I have three grandpups from Lundey, now 10 weeks old. All good looking red ticks. Time will tell on how they turn out.

Sam was a great rabbit dog and producer. Dogs that you see that go back to Sam usually have a lot of hunt and the ability to run a ton of rabbit. The only down side to Sam was he was an ugly redtick, but it seems like most dogs out of him were made pretty well and looked a lot better than him. Most of the dogs in our kennel go back to Sam and I wouldn't trade what he put in them for anything.

John Sexton is a great guy and can tell you all about Sam as he owned him his whole life. You can reach him at 614-746-0385.
