Doesn't matter what we think he is, he's never been measured out so it doesn't matter.

That's true. It is a shame that people will do a dog that way just to get him into a hunt.

What is your hang up with Wilson or Jared? There are plenty of other dogs out there his size or bigger and yet you single him out for some reason. Is it because he's a good dog and is winning a lot and you have nothing that can compete with him maybe :baby:

I have never said a bad word about Mr. Wilson I am sure he is a nice dog, might be the best dog they ever was, is, or will be. All I am saying is that jared knows the dog is over so why not just pleasure run him, gun hunt him, breed him to some smaller bitches and try to get some dogs that are under 15". Running a dog that is over is cheating no matter which way you look at it. It is not fair to everyone else that is trying to go by the rules. I know he is not the only dog out there that is over. If you know of some post them on here and we'll call em all out. I'd say that at least 30% of the dogs are over 15". If they are going to let dogs run that are over 15" then they should change the rule to 18". That way when dogs like Mr. Wilson wins a hunt he wins it fair. I'll agree with you I have nothing that can compete with him I am just a rabbit hunter I have friends that trial and I go with them to trials sometimes just to watch the hounds run, and visit with some friends. Running dogs over size and buddy judging is the reasons I won't trial.

Thanks, Ernie

I have a couple of opens i am running but i'd like to have a champion to take with me also. If you can't do it they will be no hard feelings.
Thanks for your time, Ernie

Collins I hope that I am not the Eddie you are refering to. If I am then you better change your tune real quick. I don't know what you and the other guy has going on, and I really don't care, but you best leave me out of it. If I got something to say i'll say it and you will know I said it. I don't care how big the dog is because all of my dogs are over size. If you have a problem with me then call me and I be glad to meet you and take care of it, or we can take care of it at the next trial makes me no difference. If you were not refering to me than disregard this, but you should clearify who your talking about.

Need a Place on the poll for WHO REALY CARES. If he is over sized he is not the frist one or will not be the last one to run in trials. Not just in one registry in all of them. Only AKC has 2 Hight Classes In the other 2 You run all sizes and sex against each other. People run dogs under 13" in ARHA an UKC against 15" hounds thats more than 2" difrence So how does a over 15" hound running against 15" hounds make a difrence. Come on Boys get a life.
send me pedigrees
