Not saying I agree with it, just stating the facts. The dog flat out will not stand. Crabtree, you are right he gutted all three of us that day, thank god for that cane or we would have never caught up with him. LOL As for Jared, well he is alright with me, I have always been treated fair by him.
he was standing awful proud on the cover of the new issue of the rabbit hunter for a dog that wont stand

just get the measuring stand out and see how well he stands jared's not the smartest on the earth but he smart enough to get an outstanding hound to measure in like i wrote before by the rules he's under 15" if you draw him out in a cast just have him measured and stop cring about it i have not heard anything bad about this hound from anyone that has seen him run if you go watch him solo after a hour or two in your eyes you'll swear he's 13"" and breed your best bitch to him if you know anything about a hound

(FC Brent's Primetime X FdWnrHills Hardrockin Wendy). Dixie was a littermate sister to FC Hills Primetime Trailblazer. Willis is a good dog with a win in AKC SPO in NY. I know he has done well in little pack also. I bred and sold the dog when he was about a year and a half old to Jared. When I sold him he was doing a super job and had a superior nose(could get him in trouble!) and good foot. I liked the dog but I couldn't get him measured in as he tends to bend the bar a little. I don't think that will hurt his ability as a reproducer as he was the biggest in his litter of four with one being a true 13" hound. Jared has apparently done a good job with him.

He must of measured in before Brandon. You won with him up around New York. I know the dog didn't shrink just for that trial did he????

Ryan,

I did not take the dog to the SPO trial at Pine Hill NY. Jared took the dog, he and I were co-owners at that time. So as I said before Ryan, I could not get the dog measured in AKC. I'm glad Jared can, he is doing a good job with him. Thanks for the intrest Ryan.

If Jared can live with knowing he is running a dog oversize I can two. If that is the only way he can win then go for it, and I know for a fact the dog had help from one of the judges at the grand nationals i'll not call no names but he told me that just because Jared had helped him out in an earlier round, but I guess a win is a win no matter how you get it. Personaly if I can't win it with a dog that is of size limit and without any help from the judges I don't want it. Be proud of Mr. Wilson he beat dogs that was 2" shorter with a little help from the judge.

We judged the dog at the grand nationals, I think it was the semi finals. He is a very nice hound, he didn't need no one to cheat for him on the round we judged. He is a very nice hound, we enjoyed judging mr. wilson. We look forward to running with him in the champions.

Wildcat fan, Carn is exactly right, he will stand on a bench, but you break out a measuring stand and he will get alligator arms/legs real quick. You could try until you were blue in the face, but you will never get him to stand normal under a measuring stand.

To Twister - I have seen this dog run quite a bit, and I doubt he needs any help in winning. I have judged him and run against him more than once and he held his own everytime. He is hard to beat on a running rabbit, but you get a twisting turning rabbit and he can be dealt with if you have a line running hound that is close in the check.

I have hunted with hounds that could step over Mr Wilson. I have no complaints about a full stick of a dog. What difference does it make? We have a 13 inch (on a good day) pocket rocket that I am not ashamed to drop with anything. If your hound is weak enough that a quarter of an inch matters that much then you did not have much of a shot anyway.

I have seen and judged mr wilson... and he can rock and roll and lays on a track real nice. I would be proud to own him.

i thinks it a shame that no one in the beagle world thinks he is under 15 i don't know have not seen him so i wont say over or under but everyone will have there douts
so the dog isn't getting the credit he deserves
i wish they had a stand that wouldn't let a dog go alligator legged on the judge i have talked to some people about a design and the engineer at work says he could design one
what do you think
