I bought a Sport dog unit from them in Janurary and wasn't happy with it. I sent it back on March 29 and they are giving me a full refund towards a TriTronics. I recommend them for your dog supply needs.

I bought a pigeon trap from them some years back. It came damaged, and I didn't like the way it was made at all (cheaply). I sent it back for a refund and they acted like I had damaged it. Refused to do business with me anymore. That's fine by me, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I've bought numerous things from Boatmans, you can't beat their collars. I like that they are a small, family run store that has stayed the same. You can look through old Hounds and Hunting magazines from the 1950's and see their ads. They must be doing something right to have stayed and business this long. :D
