kennel ideas needed

im wanting to build above ground kennels and would like to house about eight dogs was wandering if anyone had any plans or ideas

take a look at windy hollows kennel i have one like it but mine is 14x32x8 and mine has above ground runs. i have 6 runs coming off the back side that are 5ft wide 10 feet long and 4 feet tall and keep two hounds per run and there is plenty of room for them. it also makes heating alot easier. I used 2x10s to create a big box for the runs to go on and posted them up with 6x6s i also used the kennel tuff flooring with 1inch holes and seems to be working well i just built it 2 months ago. and if you want i can take some pics this weekend and post them to give you a better idea of what im talking about.

nice kennels the outside runs are plenty big you could have made them smaller and got a lot more dogs to feed

those are big enough for a coon dog if you wanted REALLY NICE

thanks i wanted to make as much room for the dogs as possible. we cleared about 3 acres to provide plenty of room for the kennel plus maybe an exercise yard along with it. I figured i wouldnt need any more then 12 dogs at any time so 6 runs was plenty as you can tell i still have two runs open.
