looks like the double L stuff with slightly bigger holes.
for those of you who use double L, does the waste fall through well, or do you have "clingers" that you have to scrape off now and then? with the larger holes on this new flooring, there should be less clean up.
I am starting to build a new kennel this weekend and would like to get some opinions on this stuff before I start.
thanks

I got information on this stuff.
1.1 inch square holes. (7/8 holes also available) 2 x 4 foot sheets. 3/4 inch thick.
The gridwork has a crowned top to it.
this sounds very similar to Dura pad and Versa pad, just with bigger holes.
I spoke with manufacturer, who will ship direct to consumer, but will charge a $30 pallet-splitting fee if you don't buy a full skid. (I didn't ask the quantity of a skid). Manufacturers price is $8.56/sheet.
He also pointed me to a distributor in Burton, OH. BFG Supply sells the exact same thing, but sells it under a different name: Dura Bench. His price is $9.50/sheet.
I am building one kennel and needed 7-8 sheets. BFG ballparked a shipping price of around $30.
What is your opinion on 1.1 inch holes? enough for ample waste fall through for adult dogs?

I looked at the site.I would be willing to bet this stuff in 7/8 and Versa-Pad are the same. If you get it you better get 1.1. The Versa-Pad stuff is really called Red Rooster poultry flooring. The VP was easy to work with and plenty strong, but 1/3 of the waste dont fall through. The 1.1 would probably work much better.

Beaglehandler: when you built your floor for your kennel, how well did you support the plastic flooring? The manufacturer recommends supporting the floor where the sections overlap along the 2' side, but also suggests supports every 24".
seems a bit much to me for a few small beagles, but then again I don't have the stuff in front of me to see how it fastens together along the 4 ft side. how sturdy is it on the interlocking side?
If I made a kennel floor and only supported the panels along the 4' sides, would it hold beagles?
overall, are you happy with the product?
thanks
Nick

I ordered kennel-tuff for my new kennel yesterday. It was delivered today.
I looked at the plastic lattice from Lowes/Home Depot. I have no doubt that it will last. I also believe that it will be easy to hose off. The reason I steered clear of it was that there is more "lattice" than there is "holes". In other words, there is a whole lot less room for fall through, meaning more poop patrol.
My new kennel is 50% finished. will post photos when done.
