Sick Pup

I have a 10 month old pup that has fell off very skinny and has had discharge from one of his eyes. I have wormed him for hook and round worms and he continues to get worse. I was checking him today and one of his eyes is looking cloudy. Any ideas? I am going to try to get him in to see a vet on Thursday.
