I have a female beagle that "sags" like she was feeding pups,yet she doesn't have pups or isn't pregnant ???? She doen't act like anything is bothering her. Just looks like real loose skin . Is this a sign of some major problem ?

If it looks like she is bagged out, it is probably Pseudo-pregnancy. It is not all that uncommon. My dog has had two of these instances and gone a heat cycle without doing this. Chances are that if she has done it once, it will happen again.
