My 1 1/2 year old female had a wart on her ear. I had it cut off and it grew back in a couple weeks. Any suggestions for treatment. Internet suggested vitamin A, but did not say how much.

Put dandelion stem milk on it two times for two days and it will turn black and fall off. Same with humans.
