i have a litter of pups they are walker coon dogs sorry they are not beagles but was wondering on some meds, my pups are getting a small cough in them and went to the vet and he said its the start of pneaumia and he gave me some drops called clindamycin hydrochloride drops, but and i have been trying to find it on-line some where to by it cheaper but cant find it anywhere, alocal hound hunter says he use fish antibiotic on his hounds and it works better then dog antibiotics, just wondering if any body eles heard of this or not and any links would be great

The antibiotics labeled for fish are the exact same as used for dogs humans etc. The fish labeling just allows pet med places to sell these medicines without a perscription You can buy amoxicillin / pennicillin / saflexin tetracyclene

Yes I used to breed and raise all kinds of tropical fish and I've seen where veterinarians prescribe the same antibiotics I once gave my fish when they had either a fungus, parasite damage, or injury.....sounds goofy but it is true.
