branding dogs

There is a lot of dog stealing in my area. Does anyone know where you can buy a small enough branding iron to use on beagles? I would prefer a hot brand.

YEARS AGO I USE TO HAVE COON DOGS AND I HAD ALL OF THEM FREEZE BRANDED AND DID NOT EXPERIENCE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS AT ALL. YOU COULD PROBALLY GET AHOLD OF A COON CLUB IN YOUR AREA AND CHECK WITH THEM TO FIND OUT IF THIS CAN BE DONE IN YOUR AREA.

talk to your vet about having them tatooed all of mine are permanently tatooed for the state licensing. and its great for identification.daisy102998 wrote:There is a lot of dog stealing in my area.
